Bruce Hildreth had a wonderful send-off on Sunday 3/22 at his softball field at the College of Marin. The sun came out by 2 pm and, with the scent of barbecuing hotdogs in the air, around 200 people sat on bleachers and folding chairs and heard heart-felt stories of life with Bruce. A number of classmates from Tam were there and are now the proud owners of tee shirts showing “the Blue Bomber” .As the 2 hours of stories wound down and folks started heading to the food, the rain returned in big plops!
